Different techniques for different people, there isn't one that I can call the easiest. Check out the tutorial section, and search through the on-topic section for WILD threads. There's a lot of good information out there on different techniques.

Some notable ones you might want to check out are BillyBob's WILD technique, and KingYoshi's WILD technique. They are pretty popular on here, so I'm assuming they work for a lot of people. Once you practice WILDs for a while, you'll begin to figure out what works best for you, and possibly draw on a multitude of different techniques to create your own custom one.

When starting out, I suggest coupling the technique with a WBTB as well. Should make it a lot easier for ya.

Dont do a WILD, the way your talking it seems your headed down a road of failure. You were just like me, trust me just learn DILD first you'll be happy you did.

for me these were the stats
      WILD:tried for 3 months, nothing
      DILD:tried for 3 days, LD!

just make sure you get your recall up and START A DREAM JOURNAL!

then I would suggest the DEILD method if you wake up right after your DILD as the easiest way to WILD.

If you're looking for a quick easy method, WILD is not for you. It takes patience to learn the necessary concentration for it.

Actually, if you remember all the times you wake up during the night, and often find yourself in SP when waking up, WILD should be easier for you than DILD, other than that, follow the advice given above.
