      Question Teeth falling out?

In every lucid and non-lucid dream, whenever I touch my one of my teeth, they start to wiggle, and I can just pull them out without any pain, or they fall out by themselves. Has anyone else had this?

I mean, I have healthy teeth, but in every dream they fall out easily if I touch them. I'm thinking this can be used as another reality check for me. Just touching my lower or upper teeth with my thumb, and if it wiggles, I'm dreaming.

      Anyone else with similar experiences?

That sounds like a very effective reality check right there. If it happens in EVERY dream (even non lucids), then odds are, your LD ratio should absolutely skyrocket from this. Good luck.

Yes, it happens if I touch my teeth in ANY dream, whether lucid or non-lucid. I think others should try it too. It might be something that's very common, just like our reflection being distorted in mirrors.

It's not that often, but the point is that it always does the same thing. I've had so far maybe 50 dreams in my life where my teeth wiggle and fall out upon touching them. There is no pain either. I never thought about using it as a reality check, until a dream I had two nights ago, where I recognize this as a dreamsign, and become lucid.

It's a classic dream theme, symbolism-wise. Someone told me once it can be interpreted as "fear of being caught masturbating". Another one was "fear of growing old" and "powerlessness". Just look out for that badboy in the future!

Yeah, I get this occasionally when I have some problem with my teeth in real life and it carries over.

I've had a dream like this once, not recurring though. One of my friends has it often though. His is different though, he dreams he bites down on his teeth and they all crack and fall out.

I go through phases that seem to last a month or so. I experience this 1-2 times a year.. It's usually really frustrating and leaves me feeling quite distraught.

I have never had this in a lucid dream, they're always non-lucid, which only heightens the frustration.. Haven't paid enough attention or gone back through my dream journal to see if I could see what in my waking life coincides with these dreams, but I really dislike them.

Usually when I have these sorts of dreams I'm also unable to speak. Speaking as a deaf person would, needing help in a big city or something and no one is able to understand me. Best I can figure is that these are manifestations of major frustration and stress in my waking life.
~Though dreams can be deceiving, like faces are to hearts... They serve for sweet relieving when fantasy and reality lie too far apart.~

Hahaha, i'v ripped my braces out in a Non-lucid, and I have had teeth fall out, more then one row of teeth. It's quite a comman dream people seem to have
They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
Well, I'm trying to change all that, and I hope you are too.
      By dreaming, every day.

I HATE dreams like that. I've had at least 10 or more dreams with my teeth becoming broken and rotting away and falling out. And its so embarrasing because it feels like its really happening. Even though I have healthy teeth.

My roommate told me that he had those dreams and the next night I had my first one. It is the worst. Awful, disgusting feeling.
