      having trouble wilding

      ive been trying to wild for the past 3-4 days. the first time i tryed i was very close to succeeding but had to wake up to go cut my hair.i usually drink cuban coffe throughout the day and have noticed that it does inhibit my ability to actually fall asleep but the first day i tried to wild i had 3 shots started dancing and then worked out a bit so i was already physically tired. every other time i tried wilding without wearing myself out or actually needing a nap.my question is do you think that caffeine could be the only thing keeping me from wilding? what are your experiences with wilding and caffeine

      3-4 days is too short for WILD, at least try for 3-4 weeks, minimum.
      Also, yes it can, but shouldn't be that big of a problem, also, try some withdrawal of caffeine and you might see some amazing results.

      also i notice that i go into hypnogogia and then as i start to feel as if its taking over it slips away. anyone care to explain?

      Do you focus on it? Maybe its keeping you too awake, that could be a problem. When I WILD, just go with the flow and try to fall asleep as fast as possible, obviously also maintain awareness, easier said than done though.

      well i tend to. ill say things to myself like " im feeling it" and such but yeah definitely easier said then done. todays wild attempt was much more clear headed must say though. i didnt have any caffeine before and i got close but i had to leave to go run some errands with my dad
