Sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming and being tortured

I have had sleep paralysis since I was a young girl I am now 31 and have been having some serious lucid dreams. They are terrifying and my ability to shake myself out of them is becoming less and less. I have extreme heighten senses and quite honestly have been tortured. I can feel the intense pain of being stabled with knives and beings running their hands along my body and pulling my hair. They are also very vocal with me and I can feel them breathing down my neck. I also have intense sessions where they look me in the eyes. I am barely sleeping anymore and I experienced this 4 times last night alone. DOES anyone have any thoughts of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You say that you are lucid in these dreams, have you attempted to take some control at all? I mean dream control, if you realize you are dreaming when this happens then you should be able to take some control of the situation if not full control. Does this happen more in your dreams or in sleep paralysis? Welcome to dreamviews btw

Are you religious? I ask this because if you are, it might help you to tell them something along the lines of "I curse you in God's name and forbid you from entering my dreams ever again!"

Get what I'm saying? If you're not religious, then simply laugh at them and order them to die. It is nothing but a dream.

Lets see, your ability to escape is becoming less and less, because your fear is growing larger by the time. I know this is harder than it sounds, but try to lessen your fear, or even use the fear as a mean to free yourself, a form of auto-empowering. Now, closing your eyes might help, even focusing on something else instead of the torturers, maybe you can call someone you feel confident about in waking life, they should act as some sort of guide that would help you out of the problem.

Stuff like that is due to person issues or mental disorders... anxiety, sleep disorder, stress, drugs, traumatic events. You should just go see a doctor or psychologist there's no point in asking people here when you can get professional help there and actually find what the real reason is.
