I had a WILD with no Sleep Paralysis. I was trying to preform a WILD and after sometime about an hour or so I gave up and just wanted to sleep. Once I gave up I didn't think at all. I suddenly felt as if I could move my legs without moving them. I moved my dream legs while lying still and suddenly out of the darkness I saw myself walking on the street at night fully lucid. This was the only "true" wild I had. I didn't feel any of the sensations described in the tutorials.

This is very much like my experiences. My vision is black but I feel like I'm moving around inside of my physical body and then I can see (I'm either in my bedroom or a totally different scene). Whenever I've tried to WILD like in the tutorials, I get frustrated because it keeps my mind very awake.
