The most intensely real and vivid lucid dreams I have had involve investigating objects (walls, trees, leaves and such) close up. And, of course, I use visualizations during sleep onset to induce lucid dreams. It real is 'just that easy' . |

Rubbing my hands works for me. Also stabilizes my dreams. |

Try to activate all your senses. Look, feel, hear, smell and taste everything you can and the dream should become more vivid. |

I tend to try and imagine sounds or such as with visualisation i can think of what i would like to visualise like a nice island with a stream and a blossom tree by the stream but for some reason i can't visualise, any tips out there to help me "see" what i am thinking of? |
