Thread: Difficulty moving while lucid dreaming?

It's normal to have sp in the dream firm lucidty commands like"higher lucidity" now helps break down the sp. sometimes the sp may be localized to your mouth too in this case think about the lucid commands confidently. namaste. p.s you can also dislove your dream body totally by thinkng about being formless or accesing your subtle enegy bodies like mental causal etc. which are formless vehicles in nature.

I get this a lot, the first couple of times I command stuff it comes out blurry and I have to exert an unusual amount of effort in my throat to say stuff. I have noticed time and time again though that it pass after 1-3 commands
