I've had about 6 or 7 lucid dreams so far so I guess I'm still pretty new to it, however it's getting easier to attain lucidity each time. |

This happens to me. I always kind of thought to myself the dream was trying to regain control or whatever. What usually happens to me is either I can't move or can't talk. I think the key is stabilization, but I have not tried it in those situations. |

Yeah, you need to stabilize and really immerse yourself within the dream state. Perform several consecutive RCs to really plant that, "I am dreaming thought." If you find yourself stuck to the bed, try to imagine yourself lifting up off the bed on its own. Use your mind to get out of the bed, as opposed to brute force. Stay calm and take things easy. |

This happens to me within the first few seconds of a WILD (think I have only had those 5-6 times) as well as the first time I ever had a lucid. Think I actually became lucid because I got snapped back to bed while trying to claw my way across the floor (that and one of the walls of my room was missing and there was a ghost staring at me =P). Not that I am expecting this to happen now, but how I carry on is by engaging the senses and demand dream stabilisation and detail. It normally stops after a little while and allow me to carry on. |

It's normal to have sp in the dream firm lucidty commands like"higher lucidity" now helps break down the sp. sometimes the sp may be localized to your mouth too in this case think about the lucid commands confidently. namaste. p.s you can also dislove your dream body totally by thinkng about being formless or accesing your subtle enegy bodies like mental causal etc. which are formless vehicles in nature. |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
