      Is this even sleep paralysis?

okay uhhhhh yeah whenever i follow that free fall method, and get down to the low numbers in counting, my eyelids will begin moving, rapidly, hardly, and bumping against my eyes, extremely quickly. is this a step of sleep paralysis or am i having crazy eye seizures?

but anyway i never get any farther, i always have to swallow and recount from one hundred, and after maybe three times i always just give up and try to sleep normally.

When I enter SP, my eyelids vibrate like mad so it is normal, no worries. It's also okay to swallow, everyone gets a dry mouth is SP!
      Keep trying!

phew, i thought all of my efforts had been for absolutely nothing and the eyelid thing was just something weird in my head.
i believe i went into a lucid dream once doing it, but the dream was two seconds and i couldnt see anything so i didnt count it. my eyelids vibrated, i started seeing flashes of light, and everything felt heavy, when all of a sudden it all stopped. i reached up and plugged my nose and i breathed in perfectly. but then a huge wave of excitement flooded over me and i woke up. does that sound like it at all?

Yes, this definately sounds right. Good job!  The number one thing is to be calm in a lucid dream, although it is hard not to for a beginner. Was this your first one? Keep trying and well done! (Everyone gets excited and even though it only lasted a few seconds, it's still a lucid dream
