Can Lucid dreams feel as real as reality?

I've had about 3 Lucid dreams in the last few months but they werent very vivid and i can only recall parts of them. Is it possible to have lucid dreams that feel as real as reality , Like the dream feels more like a recent memory than a dream? Thanks In Advance.
Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.

      Yes they can.
I have had some that actually felt more real than being awake.
That was quite a shock, especially when you consider that waking up did not feel quite as real as where i had just come from.

I have to admit... That's pretty amazing.

Yes, a lot of my dreams feel VERY real. And like oldbill, even more real.

I agree with this. My first two were kind of hazy and not well-controlled, but the third and fourth I specifically remember... they were SO vivid and detailed. The grass in my mind is greener than any grass I've ever seen, the skies were too cloudy, so I decided to turn them into painted skies (Vanilla Sky gave me the inspiration ) It's creepy, very very creepy.

For some, dreams (lucid ones) can be as objectively real as the world of everyday physics.

... "More real"? I didn't think you could get more real than reality.

Yes it is possible for it to feel "more real" than real life (for lack of a better description). It is hard to explain, you just sorta have to have one.

And yes, lucid dreams (and even normal dreams) can be extremely vivid and realistic. Of course, they can also be quite hazy and blurry. Various things effect this. Some easy ways to boost vividness is to eat certain foods (you can find which ones help with a little searching).

I also believe that lucid dreams feel more real than reality. In reality you are not aware of everything at the same time (unless you practice ADA?) but within a dream, it's a projection of your subconscious, I feel as if i know where everything within the dream is, and if i walk around an unknown corner, I have a good feeling of knowing what is on the other side.

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

      definitely.
Just try to stabilize and make the dream as clear as possible.
My lucid a few days ago, felt veryyyy real, like the "more real" feeling others described.
