I think you can do either, to me though, mind is prbably going to be better, cuz in the dream you think to yourself, am i dreaming? just be aware, and always question it in your head, i think thats like kingyoshi's ADA tutorial which i reccommend you check out, sorry for shit spelling, im partially blind currently. |

Thanks alot! |

I say them in my mind.. partially for social issues. Partially because of the dawn of realization requires thinking in your mind, only habit to say. |
|
I do both! Like every aspect of lucid dreaming, it depends on the dreamer. |

I was wondering the same thing. So far, in my mind doesn't really work. I also do it for social reasons (trying not to look insane). I'm going to try asking out loud (when I'm by myself). I'll post my findings when I get some results. |

I don't know why you wouldn't say it aloud.... let the people think whatever they can you don't have to be responsible to anyone for nothing you say or do..... if you want to do something do it and don't ask yourself what will other think.... I think it's not such a big deal to say that a loud.... everybody has some phrases they use or say that don't have sense so why would be problem to say this ..... I guess it could be more powerful to say it outloud maybe.... I should try doing it .... |

You can do them in any way you like, and you can certainly adjust to the situation. |
