I have recently conducted a very interesting and very long survey of my dream journal(From jan 2011-August 2011) and have found some very suprising results!

The survey entailed finding out which enviroments(Top 5) i had found myself in over those months during dreamtime. I found that there were 4 main enviroments that reared there heads with peculiar regulatiry...RANDOM PARKS, MY OWN ROOM, MY GRANDPARENTS HOME, Random SUPERMARKET.

Now, I feel with this survey done, I can predict the most likly enviroemnts I will end up in at least a few times a week(My dreams since the survey have had these enviroments in abundance!).

I have indeed had a lucid since then but not from recognizing these enviroments, though my experiemnt will be to see is such a enviromental dreamsign likly to work.
Im hoping you guys may do the same?

We could start a thread for surveys and include things like:

DC's that you come across the most
Enviroments
Themes
and anything else you can imagine to try to find consistency and therefore dreamsigns!


Any way, another strange fact is, on conducting a survey of my 23 lucids i have noticed a VERY odd fact. For some reason, they are almost always foreshadowed by an encounter with a flying object in my dream(excluding wilds)..

I mean a plane or very often a UFO, and most often this object will be observing me.
Sounds odd but maybe spotting consistency in lucids will help to have them becuase believe it or not my most recent lucid the other night came about when i was looking at a garden opposite mine and saw a mini airplane just spinning around it out of control,
smoke pouring out of it and it was clearly a real airplane but miniaturized! I immediatly went lucid and had THE best lucid i'd ever had!

My question here is, do you guys have recurring lucd elements or events that preceed lucids?
