DILD is most effective for me; I've had about 90% of my lucids using it. MILD can also be very effective; even just being confident that you'll have an LD is a small part of MIlD. |

I was just wondering about which technique do you guys prefer? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

flowers shall grow

and that is eternity.

I'd have to go with DILD because you can pull it off even if you don't have time to WBTB (in order to WILD), which I often don't. |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

WBTB + DILD. It sometimes is more like MILD though. |

Ya I suppose your right but you get the idea. I do RCs throught the day and be aware of wether I am dreaming or not, I wake up during the morning, wright down my dreams, eat some yogurt and go back to sleep knowing that I will get an RC. While in the dream I sort of remember that it is a dream and or do an RC. |

WILD. Still trying to master/perfect it, though.. There really is no 'most effective', is there? All comes down to personal preference and dedication.. |

I find WBTB with MILD to be the most effective for me. And an hourly 'what am i busy with' check throughout the day helps alot. |

I like ADA best. I have also had some succes with Michael Raduga's indirect techniques, which are DEILD. ADA on itself works better for me than those 2 combined though. |

FILD for me, it is responsible for half of my lucids, and if i do everything without forgeting a step it has a success rate over 90%. |
