      Deild question

I have heard that when you wake up for a Deild if you move or open your eyes it's over?
      Is this true?
Because I feel like I have woken up from a dream before opened my eyes then closed them and roled over and gone back to that dream?
This was before I knew about lucid dreaming.

I've done this before too. It's just that the more you move, the harder it will be to go back into a dream. Waking up for a short period, then trying to go back into a dream would just be considered the WBTB method, which most still find very effective.

The point is that you don't focus to much on your real body and try to focus on your dream body or just don't focus on anything physical at all, so if moving your eyes makes you focus on your eyes there is a big chance that you will go too far out. While if you just move your eyes but don't really pay attention to it, it wouldn't do much damage to your DEILD attempt.

Nope! I've turned over and deilded before, it's basically just not waking up properly, and staying in a dream state.

I've also moves around and still DEILD'ed before. Don't think too much of it though, just go with the flow.

Quite a good way to look at it, that.
