I've done this before too. It's just that the more you move, the harder it will be to go back into a dream. Waking up for a short period, then trying to go back into a dream would just be considered the WBTB method, which most still find very effective. |

The point is that you don't focus to much on your real body and try to focus on your dream body or just don't focus on anything physical at all, so if moving your eyes makes you focus on your eyes there is a big chance that you will go too far out. While if you just move your eyes but don't really pay attention to it, it wouldn't do much damage to your DEILD attempt. |

Nope! I've turned over and deilded before, it's basically just not waking up properly, and staying in a dream state. |
