A roadblock I first had with DEILDs is that I put too much focus on making sure I didn't move, which caused me to put too much attention on my physical body. Visualize a full scene around you if you can; imagining the scene of the last dream you came from is a good start because that way, your mind won't have to construct an entirely new one. Also, breathe like you would if you were still asleep; continue your sleep-breathing pattern. |
