Daydreams can be very vivid almost like real dreams, but it may have been something else. In WILD you can start a minor dream before you reach REM. in that case it is a lot like you described. However, you should have lost at least 80-90% awareness of your body. In WILD you may retain some bodily awareness but itvwould be slight and much less then un normal meditation or relaxation. |

ok so i found out what that was; hypnagogia! it's basically the stage right before you 'pop' into the lucid dream. like half-dreaming. |
