Is it really that much of a problem? Sounds like fun to me! |

Killing everyone and destroying everything in sight. A couple days ago my mother took me school shopping for 9th grade. As I was walking through Penny's I kept thinking, "Wow, It'll be fun to destroy this place in an LD." Is there anything I can do to cure this uncontrollable blood lust? |

Destroying things sounds perfectly normal, in terms of seeing how differently you can make things look after doing so, and just having fun. As for killing people... Not so much. Most people I've spoken to on the forums thought it would be fun to kill DCs, but ended up waking from their lucid dream and being completely depressed. xD They're not real, but do you really want to stop practicing morality just because you're in a dream? What's so different about killing someone in a dream than waking life? Sure, they're not real, but you're 100% responsible for whatever happens to them. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Killing people and destroying things in lucid dreams reliefs stress for me. And I never feel depressed becuase I massacered the whole world and then blew it up in my dreams so to speak. |

Whatever happens~
I kill people all the time in LDs, but I summon them as bad people. Its not like I go Call of Duty "No Russian" on everybody's ass. I can have fun killing enemies; I just feel bad killing unsuspecting, innocent DCs. Although I have destroyed my surroundings before with some collateral damage. I mean, if those DCs are my subconscious, they should have seen the meteor coming right? |

Meh i guess thats normal |

I have no problem killing d/cs with guns and/or explosives, however I really wouldn't enjoy something like strangling someone to death or beating there face in with a stick. |

we have very powerfull minds, and our unconscuous is often out of control, this is a manifestation of that |

I am free
That desire doesent sound healthy at all. And if you do have to kill someone, i suggest summoning Hitler. |
|
that sounds like fun! Just do it and the desire to do it might go away. I would create a huge town evacuate everyone then I'd be creative on how to destroy it. |

I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.
id create a huge town and destroy it |

Dreams are supposed to be places where you can do whatever you want without consequenses. And so I go and do what I want, ofcourse sometimes I may not. |
|
Whatever happens~
Just because you have power though, it doesn't mean you should use it. Dreams are definitely places where you can do things without consequences, but it seems to me that the only consequences they prevent are physical ones. I fail to understand why people enjoy killing DCs in their dreams; if I wanted to kill someone I'd do it just to see what happens, but after that it's just pointless. There are plenty of other things to do in lucids. |

I probably got this blood lust because I just stated high school and all, so yeah. |

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't kill the DC unless I had to. If I didn't like him I would give him a good beating, but not kill him. During a war though, I'd probably kill the opposing enemy. It's hard to do that though when it's execution style. I'll only kill that DC if they brought harms way to others on purpose, better to kill him then let him kill some more. |
