Very true but even naturals could benefit from a technique or even a trick like saying "I want to remember my dreams when I wake up" before sleep. There are different techniques that basically teach the same thing in different ways, some things work better for some than others b/c it better suited to how they understand information. I think even naturals have a "technique," they just don't know their using one, we can somewhat recreate a naturals "technique" with the All-Day-Awareness technique.

To Lawilahd. Congratulations on finding a routine that is showing results, I'd like to say I'm a little farther than a beginner and I know my technique still needs a lot of refinement, in fact I don't think I will ever stop refining my technique I'm sure there will always be new discoveries and more to learn. Which I think is kind of cool b/c that means I can keep getting better and better.
