Discouraged by family

I stopped the obvious reality checks after my girlfriends mom caught me doing the finger-through-palm reality check. She asked if I was alright, and I just said I was fine. Double checking a digital clock is much more discreet and has been successful for me.

Lucid dreams don't really help you with your health, I don't know about normal dreams, but there is a reason we have them, I think it's about your subconscious organizing stuff or something like that.
