      SAT vs ADA?

Until recently I only heard about SAT technique, but I just hears about ADA, and I want to know which one would be Better for a 15 year old boy, I like SAT because it's just 2 minutes every like 2-3 hours a day, you just need to concentrate on it randomly which is the hard part, but ADA, at first you set times when you keep yourself aware, and work your way up to 3/4 of a day, so the amount of time I have to put in ADA is alot, but I can't remember to do the SAT technique, which one would you guys recommend for me, and please, don't give me the "try them and figure out Which one works or you" speech, I want to know about personal experiences and how well it works for you. Thanks

I would go for ADA any day, it is extremely hard but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. Well in theory, since people say ADA works the same way as my RC so yeah <.<

Why not both, although you may think that is would be impossible to do random awareness when you are already aware, just be extremely aware, go up to objects and observe detail and to a reality check. Then you are getting the best of both techniques.
If it were one or the other, it would be SAT, I would find awareness all day with college too difficult.

Doing both could have more benefits, and you might be getting more lucid dreams by doing both, but im not a LD rape fan boy, I just want to have 3-5 a week so I think doing ADA would be easier even though it is time consuming, I just never remember to do SAT no matter how hard I try, but more posts would be appreciated

I haven't tried puffin's technique. I've combined ADA and MILD which worked quite well for me. If you only want to try one then I'd go for ADA.

And I know you said you didn't want this but in the end certain techniques work better for certain people. Try both out and see which works for you.

Seeing as most things about lucid dreaming and techniques is very individual. I can't give you any advice without going against your demands or lying.

Jokes asides, try them both out and if you can't remember to do your RC's with SAT then set an alarm and try to make a habit of it. When you know you don't need it anymore I suggest you don't use it.
