Until recently I only heard about SAT technique, but I just hears about ADA, and I want to know which one would be Better for a 15 year old boy, I like SAT because it's just 2 minutes every like 2-3 hours a day, you just need to concentrate on it randomly which is the hard part, but ADA, at first you set times when you keep yourself aware, and work your way up to 3/4 of a day, so the amount of time I have to put in ADA is alot, but I can't remember to do the SAT technique, which one would you guys recommend for me, and please, don't give me the "try them and figure out Which one works or you" speech, I want to know about personal experiences and how well it works for you.
