I can't speak for anyone else but here's my theory about what dictates your dreams. I think it has a lot to do with what happened to you in the past day or week, and what's weighing heavily on your mind. For example if you're constantly thinking about the new car you want, you will be more likely to dream about it. If things have been going badly for you that week and you're discouraged, you may dream that you get the car but then wreck it. If you've been staying at a friend's house, you may dream that you're at that house or stop by there, or that friend may appear in your dream. |

Well, its accepted that dreams are about things that go on through the day, but thats different with what shapes them. |

Dreams usually are created threw "day residue" which is what has happens in the past day or so. But that doesn't mean everything in dreams are from what has happed. Dreams consist of schemes, like a plot. So if u dream about fighting, your mind will pull up what it knows about fighting. The mind will then pull up a scheme, of let's say, a gun fight. You will now be in a gun fight. Again it will pull other things such as explosions and people dying. As for something you can take, there are a certain combination of pillar which are somewhat proven to increase dream recall and dream intensity. But takeing high doses over an extended period of time can lead to negative results. I am not sure what it is called at the moment, just google lucid dream pill. |
