Help on designing your dream environment

I think there are ways to do this, like falling asleep imagining the environment or something, but I want to try to go off of something as specific as I can and really have something to work on. Is there like a certain way to do this using a specific method, like maybe using a DEILD to design it? Thanks a lot.

*edit* what i mean by this is like maybe imagining an exact location or monument somewhere, and completely designing the dream, if that's possible. thanks a bunch...

When I wanted to build a TARDIS in my dream, I used a very simple method--I made the inside of the TARDIS my wallpaper on my computer. That way, I was staring at it all the time, so it helped me crystallize the memory. In other cases, I would stare at pictures that were similar to what I wanted in my dream not long before going to bed.

Have you taken a look at Arby's VILD tutorial? It is visual WILD. If you do it just right, you can WILD right into the dream s ene of your choice.

EDIT: Here's the thread for it. http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/how-vi...ctively-40861/

Thanks, both of you. The VILD tutorial looks perfect, and looking at what you want to visualize seems like a nice idea too!
