You could be a natural too. Some have to work, while its naturally easier for others. You should be happy you are, but don't go around discouraging others who've yet to have one.

Some people happen to have a higher level of awareness when they first try to lucid dream, and so they may get a few more in before someone with a slightly lower awareness does. Some who are new to LDing may also happen to choose the right technique for them, but others have to do some searching and try out different ones. It's really hard to say exactly why some people become lucid faster than others, but those are a couple possibilities. Like Burke said, you may simply be a natural who can recognize when you're dreaming easier because of awareness.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hey Aiden can I just lay out some errors (he is my friend)?

      - dreams are not glitchy unless you expected it too be

      - You don't lucid dream in a 2 minute nap

      - with no practice what so ever you lucid dream.

      - "Not bowing that i could translate that i decided to try to fly". Aiden even the hardest of idiots don't think "I CAN FLY!" randomly in a foreign country while Indians are talking to you. Unless the dream put that thought into your mind I doubt it.

I was never a natural, in that I could never lucid dream on command in the past. In my younger years, it happened randomly. But I have been having them since I was 8. I remember getting into a fight with one of my friends because she believed it was impossible to know it's a dream while in the dream.

I didn't learn how to have them on command until I found DreamViews almost 8 years ago. Through different techniques (keeping a journal, getting the right amount of sleep, reality checks, learning how to WILD, etc), I became a much better lucid dreamer. But I have to work at it. If I get lazy with my journal, and don't get enough sleep, I don't have them as often.

      I never said that.

You can't dream lucidly a few times in the row.

Oh Aiden listen to this for like 3 minutes so calming, look up on youtube 10hz Alpha + Isochronic Pulses
