Applesauce three hours before sleep? Please help????

I just finished about 100 calories worth of apple sauce, with 25% of the recommended daily dose of vitcamin C. I finished it exactly 3 hours and 10 minutes before I plan to go to bed. Will this effect my dreams? Make them more vivid? Someone please answer this question for me????

I have never found that any reasonable diet changes my dreams. Take a multi-vitamin in the morning, and don't overeat before bed. Stay hydrated but don't drink so much that you may be forced to get up in the middle of a nicedream. Your brain feeds on carbs, so a moderate amount of something sweet, or starchy is a good idea. If I diet and get low blood sugar, my dreams are more confused and vague.

Some things which alter my dreams:
Eating a banana before going to bed. dreams get vivid and crazy. If not done too frequently, very effective.
Eating coconut in the evening. Same as the above.
Drinking alcohol in the evening. Works best if you dream exactly when your body is sobering up. Hard to do though, and I won't encourage drinking for lucid dreaming, not worth it. Alters clearness; you feel like being drunk (improvement to "dream-conciousness" sometimes).
Overworking, having a really long and hard day, then oversleep. Best way to induce a long lucid dream.

The apple thing in the evening works kinda well too, but banana is definitely better.
Only my opinion though, find your own way.

Apple Juice has always given me some vivid dreams, I've never tried eating apple sauce though and I was drinking the apple juice right before bed.
