You don't have to be a master, I've only had 11 so far, 3 of them were superrr realistic, more real than waking life. It's like, when you close your eyes for a few minutes then reopen them, everything is super bright and crystal clear, just like that, but better! lol |

How much sleep do you get a night? If you're super tired then it's going to be harder to have LDs. You might wake up and not even remember having a dream at all...try to nap more or get more sleep when you can. Most, if not all dreams are pretty realistic to begin with. LDs are extremely realistic, even when you know that none of it is real. -Chase |

"Turn around and you will see. Life is like a roundabout. A kind of LSD."
If you're having a hard time getting to sleep, and that's why you get little sleep, try setting a more consistent sleep schedule. Get your body used to when it should go to bed, and make it the same time every night. Avoid caffeine and things with bright screens before bed. Try meditation. |

I have always thought that my lucid dreams are far more real than my waking life, especially when i am completely lucid. All of my senses are far more vivid and "real" than when i'm awake, even my emotions feel deeper and more meaningful. |

I've had LDs that were like being drunk, wandering around where everything's blurry/dark and you're practically half-blind. No fun. |

Strange... I could have written that myself. That sounds exactly like my very first Lucid Dream which i had spontaneously before i even knew what Lucid Dreaming was. I was on a beach, and knew i was dreaming and everything intensified. I could see the beach, smell the air, feel the sand and hear the ocean, and all of it was more real and vivid than anything i have expierienced in waking life. |
