      So dang close!!

      I was so close to having my first lucid last night. So Ill make this short and sweet.
      I was coming up the stairs out of the metro station with two friends. There was a nationals playoff game going on (baseball) So after some walking I came across where the game was, and it looked like a stadium so I went inside. As soon as I enter everything but the field disappears and only a few parents in lawn chairs remain. So I'm thinking "what the heck, this isnt even possible." but I didnt become lucid, and my dream went on as usual.

      Does this sound scary? The dream was slowly, I could see the room darkening. It was at the level where it felt like the lights were turned off but they were on. And then my teacher said: " That thing is worse than god." and i woke up. Remember that was a non lucid


      It's pretty motivating though. There a lot more too it but it involves me
      Seeing the dream fade to black and wake up directly from the dream and not feeling like there was empty space.

      Similar to what happened to me, in my dream i thought 'it's hard to tell lucid dreaming from reality' it didn't make me lucid but it made me laugh when i woke up.

      You'll have a great lucid, of course Just keep your excitement down, so you don't wake up prematurely. Stabilize, and enjoy.

      mhh.. the same happens to me. Tonight I dreamt about being lucid and getting trapped in a dream.. It was a total mess.
      Anyways, you doubted something in your dream, and that is a great step towards lucidity. You'll probably get in the next time, or after that.. :J Good luck
