Time Travel

I'm interested in reliving past memories, has anyone tried this? So i would say it isn't necessarily time travel but reliving the past. I suppose if you had a good enough memory you could recreate the scenes in your dreams. Has anyone tried this? sorry if everything doesnt make sense it is a little late and i am tired lol

I have tried it, and I have found limited success simply by allowing the memories I want to concentrate on fill my mind each day and night until I am satisfied or something alters my path in life. Memory doesn't seem to be an issue, every person is capable. Recall techniques could help if you are having that type of issue. Recreate the scenes in your waking mind, day and night, and allow them to fill your senses. This is a great thing to do when you are in a sleepy state but haven't fully woken up from sleep. You can fall back into sleep or a LD with the scenes fresh in your mind. Setting an alarm for an hour before you would normally wake is one technique that may allow you to spend some time in that half-awake state, perhaps just enough to get the images in your mind. It is late. I may be making no sense. Still, give it a try!
