So earlier I was going to bed and I dozed off slightly, I could tell I was on the edge of dreaming and being awake, I was seeing different dream images as if I were dreaming, but all I could do was wake myself up rather than turn it into a lucid dream..
I've tried many different things, but my problem is I'm not good at being consistent, I have ADD and forget to do things frequently. And lately it seems like trying to learn lucid dreaming has caused me to not be able to sleep. Just like tonight, I went to sleep, then I woke up a couple of hours later and I couldn't fall asleep, I even tried taking a Melatonin to help me fall asleep but it was a no-go. I have birthday plans for today, my 20th birthday, if I fall asleep now I won't be able to do them, if I don't get any sleep I will be really tired all day. I'm at a loss here guys, I'm about ready to give up and just move on to other things..
