From my understanding of the SSILD technique, the idea is to enter this "trance" state where you fall unconscious and then catch yourself a few times. Watching videos after this will probably diminish the effect of the trance and thus the technique. |

A lot of people say that using a computer/tablet/whatever is bad for your sleep, but I don't think it has much to do with dreams. |

I thought i had sleep problems. It felt like hours before i lost consciousnesses. I read a post here somewhere that helped, about giving away your consciousness instead of letting sleep take it, and it helped. Also, i have a set playlist of music to play. Around 10 songs, and then it stops. When i wake up, I remember only hearing 2, which always surprises me. And its not relaxing music, it's Red Hot Chili Peppers |
