      LD Dry Spell.

Since my 3rd LD, first after joining Dreamviews, I have now been in quite a long period of no lucids. I can now recall 2 dreams per night on average, and I'm using all day awareness and a WILD attempt every night at 5:50 AM. Unfortunately nothing is working. All my WILDs are failing because I'm too groggy to focus when I wake up, and ADA isn't doing anything yet.
So, what do you suggest I do? Keep at this current technique, or try something new like DEILD?
Either way I'm going to try to put a lot more effort and enthusiasm into it, I need to learn that it's just as important to be doing the right stuff during the night as is practicing during the day.
      Thank you for your time.
      Current Goals:
      -Break LD Dry Spell[*]
-Remember one object from a dream in complete detail []
      -Completely stabilize a LD []
      -First WILD []

Believe me, if WILD isn't working right now you should lay the technique off for a while, because it's pretty difficult, especially for beginners. I would experiment with different techniques a little bit to see what works best for you.

There are hundreds of techniques out there. You seem to have the right motivation, it may just take some time to find the right one for you. For me, MILD before bed works perfectly.

Also, as explained well in the Lucidipedia video. Believe in yourself.

Although I personally cannot vouch for it, there are many claims of dry spells being broken thanks to this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/silver...eaming-117015/

      Maybe it will help you?

Im changing it up a bit and NOT drinking apple juice tonight. Ever since I started doing that I haven't been lucid. It makes dreams more vivid, yes, but I think it's making my dreams seem so normal that I simply don't RC in them at all. I'll see what happens tonight.
