Ok, I understand that this technique requires you to have a strict sleep schedule (same time for going to sleep and waking up). I am currently in the first week sleeping from 11.15 pm to 6.45 am. But once a week I need to be awake for an online class from 1.15 pm to 2.15 pm (then I will go back to sleep). I won't change the wake-up time however. Will this cause any serious harm to the CAT Technique in both the first week and the subsequent weeks?
