Thread: HELP! Can't Visualize

Hey DV,

I've been reading a lot of techniques lately and it seems that visualizing your dreams is a big aspect of LDing

But, I just can't visualize. On various tutorials, people say visualize your dream etc.
How?

I know what something looks like in my mind but I can't actually see it

Any help would be much appreciated

Lie on your back and spend like 15 mins trying to visualize, it will take awhile but you'll build your visualizing skills

I've got the same problem, I thought I was the only one who could visualize stuff, when I try to visualize my vision is always blurred.

Robert Bruce has a pretty good tutorial on visualization in his book New Energy Ways. You can find it here. Basically he says everyone is capable of visualization. The trick is performing it from a first person perspective and not like a movie you're starring in (third person).

Anyway, it's a quick read with just a few pages. HTH
