Have you tried shouting "Clarity now", "Focus now"? That usually helps. You can also check out this tutorial and others about dream control and stabilization. Happy dreams |

I am having the same problem. I have been getting better and better at having lucid dreams, but they seem to be getting hazier and more difficult to see. I have tried saying, "Improve clarity now!" and "Improve visuals!" But these have had no effect or I just end up waking up. I'm not sure what to do. |

I heard Prozac helps with that... not that I have any personal experience or anything. |

Actually I had a great experience last night. I was able to break through the haze and become very lucid. The colors became bright and vibrant. I almost got overwhelmed with the experience, but I stayed focused and was able to bring everything into clear view. I will have to write about the experience later. However, since I'm new here, I don't know where I should post that dream. |

Goals: For now, exploration!.
Something that I've always done, used it this morning, is to focus heavily on your surroundings in the dream. Don't just mindlessly look around, take in the objects around you, note their names and uses. If I'm outside, I'll lean down and look at the grass, and all the individual blades come to life and all the weeds. Works just about every time, sometimes I'll find weird out of place objects though. |

I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause
