Have you tried shouting "Clarity now", "Focus now"? That usually helps. You can also check out this tutorial and others about dream control and stabilization. Happy dreams

Having more lucid dreams, but they are becoming hazier and hazier

I am having the same problem. I have been getting better and better at having lucid dreams, but they seem to be getting hazier and more difficult to see. I have tried saying, "Improve clarity now!" and "Improve visuals!" But these have had no effect or I just end up waking up. I'm not sure what to do.

Have you guys tried this? I'd look there for troubleshooting. Let us know if your visuals improve afterwards!

I heard Prozac helps with that... not that I have any personal experience or anything.

I don't think recommending prescription drugs is a good idea, especially considering the fact, that we have a large number of young members and you wouldn't want them to take your word for it.

Actually I had a great experience last night. I was able to break through the haze and become very lucid. The colors became bright and vibrant. I almost got overwhelmed with the experience, but I stayed focused and was able to bring everything into clear view. I will have to write about the experience later. However, since I'm new here, I don't know where I should post that dream.

Something that I've always done, used it this morning, is to focus heavily on your surroundings in the dream. Don't just mindlessly look around, take in the objects around you, note their names and uses. If I'm outside, I'll lean down and look at the grass, and all the individual blades come to life and all the weeds. Works just about every time, sometimes I'll find weird out of place objects though.

Your Dream Journal is a great logbook provided by the site for you to post your dreams. I'd suggest there. Still, the best thing for clarity I know of is, "Clarity NOW! Increase Focus!" Concentrating on your hands and small details works well too.
