I can't, but if I would experience such failures with the WBTB method I would probably just drop it, and try a technique I have more succes with. Also it seems like you try the WBTB method when you have to go to school, maybe try it when you have more Time, and can concentrate fully on it, maybe when you wake up after WBTB before school, your're being distracted by thoughts of what you have to do etc. your school day? Or you just don't get enought sleep with the WBTB when you have to wake up early? |
