So my dream recall was pretty good the last few weeks. I was able to remember 4-5 dreams every morning when I woke up. But this week I tried to do the wake back to bed technique. I tried it 4 times this week. But everytime I woke myself up after 6 hours of sleeping. I couldn't remember the dream. Then I stay awake for 15 mins and read some stuff about Lucid Dreaming. When I go back to sleep after and I wake up before school I still didn't remember any dream. It seems that If I try to perform the wbtb technique I have a bad dream recall. When I just wake up at 7.30 for school I can remember a few dreams but not when I actually try to have a lucid dream with wbtb. Can anyone help me? |
