      I really need some help

So my dream recall was pretty good the last few weeks. I was able to remember 4-5 dreams every morning when I woke up. But this week I tried to do the wake back to bed technique. I tried it 4 times this week. But everytime I woke myself up after 6 hours of sleeping. I couldn't remember the dream. Then I stay awake for 15 mins and read some stuff about Lucid Dreaming. When I go back to sleep after and I wake up before school I still didn't remember any dream. It seems that If I try to perform the wbtb technique I have a bad dream recall. When I just wake up at 7.30 for school I can remember a few dreams but not when I actually try to have a lucid dream with wbtb. Can anyone help me?

I can't, but if I would experience such failures with the WBTB method I would probably just drop it, and try a technique I have more succes with. Also it seems like you try the WBTB method when you have to go to school, maybe try it when you have more Time, and can concentrate fully on it, maybe when you wake up after WBTB before school, your're being distracted by thoughts of what you have to do etc. your school day? Or you just don't get enought sleep with the WBTB when you have to wake up early?

Yeah, I do get distracted when I wake up but I try not to think about it and I just try to lay still with my eyes closed. And If I do the WBTB I get about 6 hours sleep in total. I'm gonna try the WBTB method one more time this night, because it'll be sunday so no school. If it doesn't work, I guess I'll have to try WILD then

Try using a mantra to natural wake up during the night. Alarms might distract you when they go off and make you forget about the dream. What I've said before was "I wake up after each dream and remember it perfectly." and had good results from it.

Basically a mantra is a repeated phrase that convinces your mind of something.
This tutorial should help you out

I usually say "I wake up after each dream and remember each one perfectly" or something along those lines.

Crashyy, are you getting 6 hours of sleep each night you do WBTB, or are you waking yourself up for WBTB after six hours of sleep, then sleeping for another 2 hours? It could be that you're lacking sleep, and that's what is hurting your recall. Perhaps save WBTB for the weekends.

If I misunderstood, then I agree with Metallicuh's suggestion. Waking up naturally is a good idea if possible. You might be waking yourself up in the beginning of REM accidentally. My dreams are more often than not fuzzy or vague if I use an alarm to wake myself up. When I do want to wake myself up, I like to use my phone's vibrate setting. It's much less jarring that way.

Using the WBTB method every day is bad anyways, it messes up it's effectiveness. But in any case I third Metallicuh's suggestion.

I also add that if your recall is so swell you might highly benefit from ADA practices.

Try different times for WBTB. I set my alarm for after 4.5 to 5 hours of sleep. Staying awake for 15 minutes is short. I use to stay awake for 20 to 35 minutes, most people even longer. However you need to be able to fall asleep after it. If you wake yourself up earlier, it will be easier. I cannot set my alarm after 6 hours of sleep. I would go back to sleep near before our house is busy every morning and I would have problems to return to sleep anyway. I find almost 50% success with WBTB. Find what works for you. If you can wake yourself up after REM naturally, it's good.
PS: I use WBTB for DILD. However I sometimes have WILDs from it.
BTW I noticed there is a new WBTB tutorial here.
      DILD: 123 ; WILD: 10 ; DEILD: 9
