I have the exact same problem, often I just go through them in the morning and sometimes I draw a sketch or just take an extract cause I'm lazy. |

A good title or drawing will be all you need to remember the broad plot. From there write about small details that you feel you would forget about if you didn't. |

Analogise. Describe feelings, what the environment felt like, or other things it reminded you of. Even better, try to identity the sorts of schema the setting involved or activated, and mention them. If you don't know what a schema is, I highly reccomend you read chapter 5 of Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming by Dr. Stephen LaBerge (though if you hope to learn lucid dreaming, you should read the whole thing). |
