One month is a short time to be practicing something enough that you're good at it. Lack of motivation is the greatest danger to lucidity because it can take months of serious discipline and practice until you start to see real results. Ofcourse it's more easier for some than others. It took me three months before having my first lucid dream which lasted for about five minutes, but the first time you have a lucid dream is all the motivation you need to work toward having a second. Stick with working on your dream recall and identifying recurring dreamsigns. Also, it's not enough to just ask yourself if you're dreaming. I've actually dreamt that i asked myself if i was dreaming and i didn't dawn on me. You need to get into the habit of seriously examining your surroundings and state of mind. Where am I? how did I get here? What was i doing just before this? Keep up the work and it will pay off. |
