1 month is not that long, for some it may take lot longer. Try not to feel down in the mornig when you didn't get lucid. Insted, feel happy about the interesting dreams you have. Say thank you for the great dreams, can I please have a lucid? Sounds funny, but it may work. You'll be talking to your subconscience, to your higher self. Sometimes it just needs to hear from you what you expect to happen so it can help you achieve it.
You are most likely not doing anything wrong. But just in case, check out this tut and see, if there is anything you can tweak or add to your practice.
