      I stopped becoming lucid!!! any ideas on how to start agian?

      You may of started the habit of doing meaningless RCs during the day? Before performing RCs, you want to really believe that you could be dreaming. The mind is powerful and what may look like waking life could actually be a dream. And if you just do RCs without putting in the effort, you could easily skip over an opportunity to become lucid.

      If you doing DILD, RCs, mantras and awareness training are usually helpful. Check out this tutorial, or any other article about DILD/MILD.

      And even if you practice, having "dry spell' is not uncommon. Keep practicing, keep your excitement up and hang in there. Happy dreams
