      LD App?

Okay so I bought this app for 1.99 and it gives you the basic info about Lucid dreaming and Reality checks and stuff , but the app comes with a frequency function and your supposed to fall asleep with it I think...and it's supposed to trigger a lucid dream? The sound was annoying me so like after 20 mins I took the earphones out because I couldn't even fall asleep and my ears were ringing. Does anyone know how that is supposed to work? And also it comes with an alarm that goes off and your supposed to say I want to have a lucid dream and perform a RC , and last it plays a noise and random times and it says perform an RC and I do , but why do I have to perform so many o_o Oh and 1 more question when I go to sleep I'm supposed to say I am dreaming so it sinks in but it never works ^_^ sorry for putting like 100 questions in this paragraph .

hi i use 2 apps which helped to to achieve 2 lucid dreams! one is "Sleep Check Reminder" what is does is, it plays sound every interval of minutes .. you can set like 3 mins etc. I used it so often that in my 2nd lucid dream i did reality check and it worked! 2nd is "Lucid Dreamer" it has a moon logo. how it works is: you have to set the timing double it will take you to sleep. Suppose if it will take 30 mins to sleep set it 60. Set the volume level that won't disturb your sleep but will make awake your subconscious mind. They both work

First, don't listen to binaural beats before you go to bed, it will do absolutely nothing, use them for a wbtb. And If your just saying I control my dreams 100 times it won't do anything, you have to believe you will

Chanting any good mantra like "This is a dream" will be helpful. It is a powerful tool, but you must develop your recall as step one! I know it is less exciting than trying to dive into LDing, but if you can not remeber your dreams, you will not know if you do become lucid.

In the morning I wake up and go back to sleep a few times should I write down each and every dream that I have in that one Morning?

Write down key words or phrases for everything you remember. Write down the whole dream if it was interesting or vivid. Try to then come back to your key words after an hour or more and "recall" what those key words related to.

So you wake up to use the restroom and had a dream about pirates. You may just write something like "Pirates stuck in ice" then go back to bed. Later in the day look at that phrase and try to summon up a memory from the dream. Your brain adapts very fast and you should see a huge improvement in less than a month.
