Hey I have some questions again 
1) What is the most effective way to do reality checks?
Currently I'm doing a reality check every hour (I really question reality) and if I see one of my dream signs during the day I do a reality check aswell. Most of my dream signs are friends, places in my town,.. I'm also practising ADA, is that good enough?
2) When I'm in a lucid dream, And I'm like: "Ooh I hope I don't see any aliens or demons" is there any chances I'm going to see one of them? Or do they only appear when you really want them to do? xD
3) So a friend is staying over tonight, and we will probably go to bed at around 5am, then I'm going to sleep for about 6 hours. Is there still any chance I might have a lucid dream when I take a nap tomorrow evening or when I do WBTB on saturday - sunday night? Because I heard if you're really too tired, you won't be able to have a lucid dream.. But if I do the things I just mentioned, is it still possible?
4) How do you prevent getting sleep paralysis after a lucid dream? Like let's just say if I become lucid and I get too excited or if my lucid dream is a nightmare and I try to wake up, do I end up in sleep paralysis or do I just wake up? ^^
