One I use a lot is just the word 'Dream.'

I use it to replace the words of any catchy toon, and try to get the "dream" version stuck in my head palying over and over. Like this: Row, row, row, your boat,,,, becomes dream, dream, dreammmmm, a dream, dream, dream and so on to the well known toon. Sounds silly, but by making it simple and putting into song format I can repeat it many many times with little boredom.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Before I fall asleep I keep saying in my head: Tonight, I will realize I am dreaming.. When I wake up, I will remember that dream. But so far no luck xD

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

"I'm lucid dreaming!" Simple, but it is very effectief for me. Sadly i keep forgetting to do it each time i go to bed. I don't like to make it to long, i think u just complicate stuff more for ur subconscious. Atleast that's what i experience..

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.

It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.

Try to visualize yourself in a lucid dream as you are saying the mantra. The truth is the content of the mantra itself is not important at all, the key is intention and simplicity.

If you do this enough times it will eventually become second nature to you. Sometimes I would just lie in bed prior to sleep and let my mind drift off and I would simply observe what's going on in the background. Often I find that in this state repeating mantras to myself is most effective because my mind is more receptive towards autosuggestion (which is what mantras are essentially..)
