      So close...

      Today I slept at 8am(I'm weird i know) and woke up at 12pm then went back to sleep at 4pm. I could feel some vibrations, but my head decides to move which causes the vibrations to stop. Later on I sleep with my leg up slightly bent and I have these vibrations I counted up to 100 to stop me from sleeping then I went into sleep paralasys and it was so uncomftable, because of my leg the demons were the least of my worry. was there something I was doing wrong

      Every time you attempt to WILD, you have a better chance of succeeding the next time you try! It sounds like you were doing everything right. Working on getting comfortable may require some extra determination, however, experiment on what works the best for you

      No not really, it sounds like you're losing your focus, just remain calm and visualize your dream. Sometimes practice makes perfect so good luck!

      PS the head moving is often a sensation in SP - just try and ignore it!
