I attempt to listen to it, and make it louder / change it with my mind. Really focusing on it and trying to make it increase seems to make SP and HH come on faster. |

I know most people think the ringing in their ear before they sleep is very annoying but I don't and I want to take advantage of it to enter a LD. I heard if you focus on it in literal term "Ringing" while you are about to fall asleep you won't go to sleep because of it. But if you imagine it's a siren or sound in your mind you enter Lucidity. Is there any other ways? |
