Okay guys, I'm looking for a book that goes into exploring lucid dreaming but I don't want a very spiritual book. I'm not even sure which books are around but I'd like to have one along the lines of dream yoga but without much references to any particular religion. I doubt this exists but it would be great if it did. Any one know??
