Okay, so this is what happened. Basically, I wanted to try out the WBTB + WILD method (I know, a bit advanced for a beginner but I've gotten close before.)so, last night I took some melatonin (I heard it increases vividness of dreams, and in some people, helped them achieve lucidity) and went to bed at 10:41 PM (22:41). Knowing me, I probably fell asleep around 11:00 PM (23:00). I woke up around 4:00 AM... so that means I got around... 5 hours of sleep (perfect for the WBTB +Wild). So after I woke up, I got out of bed, and went on my laptop to reveiw the wild technique a few times (wanted to make sure I had it down pat.) This took about half-an-hour. After I was doing this, I felt pretty tired again (like I was about to crash right at the computer) so I went back to bed. I layed still in my bed for an hour, counting my breaths, keeping my mind blank as possible, not moving a single muscle. Nothing happened. This resulted with me going back onto the computer, and posting this. All I really need is some tips on... ya know... making your body go to sleep. Thanks :3 |
